Therapy

With the use of various methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop a deeper understanding of self and life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s  obstacles. Every client is different, and every story is unique which is why my therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide support to understand the complexity that is our individual mental health.

Mental Health is just like our physical health, it is something that we need to work on, to keep fit, and on top of it. It is a process that sometimes needs an outsider’s view to gain clarity. Counselling offers a space where you can show up and be yourself. The space I provide has the boundaries to hold you safely without fears of a shift in your current relationships that can come from sharing our thoughts with those close to us.

 

There are many reasons people reach out for counselling and psychotherapy: whether it is one specific problem or the general desire for personal growth and change. Some of the issues that you may wish to explore could include: Depression, coping with loss, relationships and/or family difficulties, material issues, panic, anxiety, eating disorders, sexuality, phobias, stress, low self-esteem/confidence/assertiveness, abuse, trauma, addiction’s (substances, sex, internet, shopping, pornography, gambling etc.)
